Data Policy
This page explains the main data used by NextPlay to power profiles, teams, videos, and communication.
Profile and team data
Athlete profile details, nicknames, photos, stats, teams, rosters, and team activity are stored so users can manage their sports identity and team experience.
Media and messages
Uploaded photos, videos, captions, comments, and team messages are stored to display them in the places users choose to share them.
App-open analytics
We keep a limited app-open record with account role, device category, and coarse regional information when available. Raw IP addresses and exact movement histories are not stored. Location results are reported to administrators as aggregate city, region, and country trends.
Control
Users can update profile information, change visibility settings, and remove content where the app provides those controls. Browser and device settings control any previously granted location access.
